摘　　要：介绍了西气东输二线用X80级管线钢的开发及应用情况。太原钢铁有限公司X80级管线钢采用低C高Mn、Nb-Cr-Mo合金体系设计,纯净钢冶炼,优化的TMCP技术轧制,所开发的X80级热轧卷板微观组织均为针状铁素体,具有高屈服强度、低韧脆转变温度及良好的抗动态撕裂能力。The development and application of the TISCO s X80 grade pipeline steel used for the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project were introduced in this paper.Adopting low C,high Mn,Nb-Cr-Mo alloy system design,purity steel melting,optimized TMCP,so the microstructure of developed X80 grade hot rolled coil was acicular ferrite.TISCO s X80 grade pipeline steel owns characteristics such as high yield strength,low ductile-brittle transition temperature and good performance of resistance dynamic break.
