摘　　要：主体功能区是中国区域管理政策的一大创新,自提出后受到国家层面的积极推动,同时在研究领域也备受关注。文章结合国外区域管理的成熟经验,对主体功能区规划编制工作面临的问题作了比较深入的分析。在此基础上,提出相应的建议,并从促进区域协调发展的角度,提出未来我国区域管理框架建构的设想。The plan for development priority zones is a significant innovation of regional management system for China. It has been not only promoted by the government in a very positive manner, but-also attracted more concern in this field since it was proposed. In this article, essential attributes of the planning work of development priority zones are introduced firstly, then problems and difficulties are analyzed thoroughly based on foreign regional management experiences. Finally the proposition of regional management framework for future China is put forward from the point of regional coordination.
