摘　　要：针对高等教育学费标准的问题进行了研究,把政府财政拨款与家庭缴纳学费之间的关系看做既是"竞争"的又是"合作"的,建立了两者之间的交叉规划模型.运用交叉规划问题s*-最优联合解的求解方法对所收集数据进行了处理与分析,数值检验表明该模型基本符合我国实际情况.Further research about the problem of higher education tuition is discussed in this paper. Considering the competitions and cooperations between national budget allocation and the tuition fees of students,we give an Interaction Programming Model of this problem and solve it by using the s^＊- optimal joint solution of Interaction Programming Model. Numerical example illustrates that this method proposed here is efficient for solving the problem of Higher Education Tuition.
