摘 要:以存在缝隙的机箱为例,对基于电磁场有限元法的缝隙仿真建模方法进行研究。阐述了缝隙电磁特性的有限元计算原理,并对单元形状引起误差的原因进行了理论分析;通过对网格划分方法研究,分析了缝隙建模中质量较差单元对求解精度的影响规律,获得了网格数量和求解精度、计算时间、计算规模之间的关系;引入转移阻抗概念,提出了基于转移阻抗的缝隙等效建模法。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该方法可在保证精度条件下大幅减少网格数量,有效缓解网格数量和计算时间、计算规模之间的矛盾。对于工程应用具有重要的指导意义。The modeling method of aperture for Electromagnetic Shielding simulation was studied based on FEM in electromagnetic field by an example of chassis with an aperture.The theory of FEM in electromagnetic field for aperture were introduced and the errors induced by element shapes were analyzed;Then,the effect of poor quality elements on solving result and the relations among precision,time and the computer's resource were found by studying the meshing method;Finally,the transfer impedance was introduced and an equivalent modeling method was proposed based on the theory of transfer impedance.As the theoretical analysis and simulation results showing,the equivalent modeling method can decrease the number of mesh effectively and easing the conflict between the number of mesh and the computational time or computer resource under the situation of calculation accuracy unchanged.The conclusionsr have important applications in numerical simulation.
