摘 要:精确的中耳有限元模型将有助于分析中耳的力学机理、辅助设计中耳助听装置。利用CT扫描和逆向成型技术建成了较精确的中耳三维有限元模型,该模型基于一无任何听力损伤病史的成年志愿者的右耳。模型包括鼓膜、锤骨、砧骨、镫骨、砧锤关节、砧镫关节及中耳韧带/肌肉。最后,通过鼓膜及镫骨底板的位移仿真结果与国外实验测得数据进行对比,验证了该模型的可靠性。An accurate finite element model of the human middle ear provides better understanding of the mechanics of middle ear,and can be used for aiding the design of the implantable middle ear hearing devices.In this study,a three-dimensional finite element model of the human ear was constructed that included the tympanic membrane,ossicular bones and middle ear suspensory ligaments/muscles.This model was constructed based on a complete set of computerized tomography section images of a healthy volunteer's right ear by reverse engineering technology.The validity of this model was confirmed by comparing the motion of the tympanic membrane and stapes footplate obtained by this model with published experimental measurements on human temporal bones.The result shows that the model is reasonable in predicting the biomechanics of the human middle ear.
