摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚苯硫醚/多壁碳纳米管复合材料,研究了在0.5~18GHz频段,不同碳纳米管含量对复合材料电磁性能的影响。结果表明,介电常数支部与虚部随着碳纳米管含量的增加而增大,介电常数实部在测量范围内随频率的增加而减小,具有明显的频响特性;复合材料的磁导率随着多擘碳纳米管含量的增加变化不明显,呈弱磁性;通过对复合材料反射衰减的计算发现,当吸收层肛配厚度为2mm时,复合材料仵0.5~18GHz频段具有较好的微波吸收性能;当碳纳水管含量为7%(质量分数,下同)时.反射衰减最大达31.5dB,反射衰减小于10dB的频览为2.2GHz。Poly(p phenylene sulfide ) /multi wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)composites were prepared via melt compounding. The electromagnetic property of the composites with different contents of MWCNTs in the wave band from 0.5 to 18 GHz was researched. It was found that the real part and imaginary part of permittivity increased with increasing the content of MWCNTs. The real parts of permittivity decreased with increasing frequency in the frequency range of 0.5- 18 GHz. However, the magnetic conductivity stayed around the level of one (μ = 1 ). The reflection loss and absorbing peak frequency were calculated from the measured dala. h was found that the composites showed excellent microwave absorbing characteristics at the frequency range of 0. 5 - 18 GHz, while matching thickness was 2 mm, the maximum reflection loss was about -31.5 dB for the absorber, the band width corresponding to the reflection loss below -10 dB was more than 2.2 GHz when the MWCNTs content was 7 %.
