摘  要:用动态滤水仪研究了造纸填料与浆料的混合条件、填料、助留剂等因素对填料留着率的影响。研究表明,适当提高浆料的温度、延长浆料与填料的混合时间、适度的搅拌等有利于填料的留着,合适的填料复配也有利于填料的留着;助留剂可明显提高填料留着率,而且双元助留的效果好于单元助留。The retention of filler in furnish is critical to papermaking,the fillers of GCC,PCC,clay,talc were studied.The dynamic drainage device was used to study the effect of the mixing time of pulp and filler,system temperature,stirring speed,filler species,partical size and the fiber dosage,and retention additives on dynamic filler retention.It was found that a good filler retention is achieved by a higher temperature,longer mixing time of the filler and pulp.Results also indicated that filler species,average particle size,blend ratio of different kind of filler have different effect on filler retention.The different retention aids improves greatly the filler retention.The improvements of filler retention by using dual retention systems were higher than that of single component retention aids.
