摘　　要：基于卓越阶段理论研究探讨图书情报机构知识服务体系构建问题,阐述卓越阶段理论模型、卓越发展阶段判断及其导入图书情报机构知识服务研究的意义。以三维框架为核心,提出了图书情报机构知识服务体系的总体架构,并依据卓越阶段理论对知识服务各发展阶段的加工层次、生命周期、服务形式、战略管理、要素结构因素、关联结构因素等进行剖析和描述。最后,通过高校图书馆知识服务体系规划的方案和反馈进行了案例说明。Based on the study of the theory of stages of excellence,this paper discusses the construction of the knowledge service architecture of library and information institutions. The paper expatiates on the theoretical model of stages of excellence,the determination of the development stages of excellence,and the significance of introducing it into the knowledge service of library and information institutions. Focusing on the three-dimensional framework,the paper proposes the overall architecture of the knowledge service of library and information institutions,and analyzes and describes the processing stage,life cycle,service pattern,strategic management,element structural factors and association structural factors of the development stages of knowledge service by the use of the theory of stages of excellence. Finally,the paper illustrates the plan and feedback of the knowledge service architecture of the university library with a case.
