摘　　要：广州光大橡园是一个带转换层的多塔楼大底盘高层建筑,地下室单层建筑面积达33000m2,文中重点介绍该项目地基基础、抗浮、超长混凝土结构以及转换层设计等几个关键环节,供同行参考。Guangzhou Everbright Oak Garden is a multi-tower tall building with a large podium at bottom. It s single structure square arrives at 33,000m2. The design methods for the building foundation,anti-floating,super long structure and transfer story are introduced respectively.
