棉花“两带育苗”基质原料含量对出苗率的影响及通径分析

摘　　要：对"两带育苗"的基质配方试验数据进行了二次多项式回归方程模拟,就筛选的各项显著因子进行了偏相关以及通径分析。结果表明:X2(草炭)含量在一次项系数上表现为负,X3(珍珠岩)在二次项上具有与一次项系数方向相反的二次效应;偏相关分析表明X2、X3均与出苗率表现出极显著的负相关;通径分析表明两者对出苗率的直接相关系数为负值,且X3的值为-9.16,间接相关上两者的一次项因子通过X3、X5(pH调节剂)的二次项因子以及X1X4(蛭石与粘合剂)、X1X5(蛭石与pH调节剂)的互作因子而对出苗率表现为正向效应,且X3通过X23的间接相关系数为7.53。The quadratic polynomial equation simulation was applied for formula data of soilless and dry seedling breeding with transplanting vector and antagonism,and used partial correlation and path analysis on selected statistically significant factor.The results showed that X2 and X3 was statistically significant on one degree term.Partial correlation analysis indicated X2 and X3 had statistically negative significant relation with seedling emergence rate;Pathanalysis presented that the two factors had direct negative relation with emergence rate,the coefficient of X3 was -9.16,on indirect correlate coefficient,the two factors had indirect positive relation with emergence by square term factor X23、X25 and interaction factor,and indirect coefficient by X23 was reached to 7.53.
