静电除尘器中浓度分布现象及其与除尘效率的关系

摘  要:Deutsch公式推导的一个基本假设就是除尘器极间断面上粒子浓度分布是均一的.一些研究者如Weber和Wiggers用长管中紊流扩散的量级来研究实验除尘器中的浓度分布现象,认为符合Deutsch假设.笔者基于紊流弥散数学模型,利用实验与计算机研究了除尘器中粒子的浓度分布现象,并对Weber和Wiggers所观察到的现象加以解释并给予澄清.的确,静电除尘器中粒子的浓度分布是一非Deutsch现象.同时,简要地阐述了浓度分布与除尘效率的关系.In the Deutsch theory, dust concentration in the ESP is assumed to be uniformly distributed between the wires and the plates. And researchers like Weber and Wiggers used the magnitude of turbulent diffusion of a long pipe in the study of the phenomenon,thinking that this was compatible with the Deutsch assumption.The author worked on the problem through experiments and did the computations with a computer, all based on the turbulent diffu-sion mathematical model.This paper gives an explanation of what Weber and Wiggers had observed so as to clarify it.The relation between concentration distribution and collection efficiency is also briefly stated.
