摘 要:以天然橡胶浓缩胶乳为原料,在热氧条件下采用苯肼为催化剂通过化学降解法制备液体天然橡胶(LNR),考察了胶乳的总固物质量分数、反应温度、稳定剂平平加O和苯肼用量对LNR黏均相对分子质量(M-η)的影响,并通过正交实验进行优化。结果表明,在总固物质量分数为20%的450mL天然胶乳中,当苯肼用量为3.0mL、平平加O用量为1.35g、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为24h时,所得LNR的M-η为8.5×103。The liquid natural rubber (LNR) was prepared with natural rubber latex as material, phenylhydrazine as catalyst, and in the presence of heat and oxygen by chemical degradation. The effects of solid content of latex, reaction temperature, the amount of phenylhydrazine and pepegal 0 on the vis- cosity-average relative molecular mass(Mη) of LNR were investigated, and the optimization of these influence factors was conducted by orthogonal test.The results showed that the LNR with Mη 8.5 × 10^3 could be obtained when the mass fraction of solid of LNR (450 mL) was 20% , the amount of phenyl- hydrazine was 3.0 mL, the amount of pepegal 0 was 1.35 g under the conditions of 60 ℃ for 24 h.
