摘 要:用调节剂对钼系1,2 -聚丁二烯(PB)进行结构改性,并考察了其对物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,结构改性对1,2 -PB的聚合活性无影响,所得产物溶液的剪切黏度明显降低,产物的相对分子质量变大,其分布变窄;改性后的钼系1,2 -PB较改性前的凝胶含量增大,硫化胶的邵尔A硬度和磨耗降低,100%定伸应力增大,拉伸和撕裂强度略有降低。Molybdenum (Mo) catalyst is one of the best catalyst for the synthesis high vinyl content of polybutadiene (PB) (mole fraction of 1 ,2- unit more than 80% ). However, polymerization solution can not flow easily in kettle as its viscosity is too high when Mo-based catalyst is used, which limits the product industrialization. In this work, the effect of structure modification on shear viscosity of the polymerization solution based Mo catalyst and mechanical properties of their vulcanizates were studied.
