摘　　要：日粮中添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸是增加奶牛小肠可代谢蛋氨酸最直接有效的方法。本文主要就过瘤胃蛋氨酸的类型及保护原理、过瘤胃效果的检测方法及其蛋氨酸有效性的比较进行了综述。Rumen protected methionine supplemented in dietary is a direct and effective approach to enhance the level of intestinal metabolizable methionine in dairy cows.The principles of protection, types of protected methionine ,measurement of protection and bioavailability of the different protected methionine products were reviewed.
