摘　　要：目的探讨U波倒置在诊断不同病因导致的左室受累的临床意义。方法采用常规十二道心电图机同步描记心电图,将其结果与临床资料进行综合分析。结果U波倒置多是心肌缺血所致。结论U波倒置是心电病理改变的一种表现,均见于不同程度的左室受累,临床应重视。[ Objective ] To approach the clinical significance of invert U mave in the diagnosis of different factors caused the left ventricle exhaust. [Method] Conventional 12 electrocardiogram machine were used to synchronization describe electrocardiogram, the result and the clinical material generalized were analysed. [Result] The U wave inverts is the result of cardiac muscle isehemia. [ Conclusion] The U wave inversion is the heart electricity pathology changes, appeared in varying degree left ventricle exhausts. It should take seriously.
