摘 要:以α-Al2O3和AlN为原料,利用高温固相反应在氮气气氛下常压合成了AlON粉体。研究了成分配比、合成温度、保温时间对合成AlON粉体含量的影响,并通过热分析测试了合成过程热流和质量的变化。结果表明,当原料Al2O3和AlN的质量比为81:18、合成工艺为1750℃,2h时,得到AlON相的含量达到95%以上。Under nitrogen atmosphere, the AlON powder was synthesized at normal pressure via high temperature solid state reaction using α-Al2O3 and AlN as raw materials. The influences of compositions, sintering temperature and holding time on the content of synthesized AlON powder have been investigated. Besides, the changes of heat flow and mass variation in synthesis process were tested by thermal analysis. The results showed that when the mass ratio of Al2O3 to AlN was up to 81:18, sintering temperature kept at 1750 ℃ and the holding time lasted 2 h, the content of AlON phase in the power synthesized could reach over 95%.
