摘 要:以BaTiO3-Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3(BT-NBT)陶瓷系统为研究对象,采用固相法制备了(1-x)BT+xNBT(0.01<x<0.06)系统陶瓷。通过DSC、XRD、SEM等分析手段研究了NBT的加入量以及烧成气氛对BaTiO3基PTCR陶瓷的显微结构及阻温特性的影响。研究结果表明:加入低含量(x<0.03)NBT时,能明显提高烧成陶瓷的居里温度(Tc),当加入x=0.01NBT时,Tc提高到150℃。氮气中烧成的陶瓷室温电阻率低于空气中烧成的,但其PTC效应减弱。Lead free PTCR ceramics based on BaTiO3-Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3(BT-NBT) system were prepared by a solid state reaction method. By DSC, XRD, SEM and other analytical instrument, the effect of the amount of additive NBT and sintering atmosphere on microstructure and resistance-temperature properties of the PTC ceramic was investigated. The results indicated that the Curie temperature (Tc) was increased evidently with the additive NBT when x〈0.03. Tc could be enhanced to 150 ℃ when adding x=0.01 NBT. The room temperature resistivity of the sample sintered in air was obviously higher than that sintered in nitrogen; however, the PTC effect of the sample sintered in nitrogen was bated.
