摘  要:研究了B2O3助烧剂对(Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6陶瓷的烧结温度、微观结构、相结构及微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,助烧剂B2O3的添加有助于降低(Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6陶瓷的烧结温度,可以将(Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6陶瓷的烧结温度降低到950℃。其中掺杂2%B2O3(质量分数,下同)的(Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6陶瓷,在950℃烧结可获得结构致密的烧结体,并且具有较佳的介电性能:εr=20.7,Q×f=60156GHz。The effect of B2O3 additions on the sintering temperature, phase composition, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of (Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6 ceramics was investigated. The results indicated that the B203 additive was effective for low-temperature sintering of (Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6 ceramics, and could lower the sintering temperature to 950 ℃. Compact (Zn0.5Mg0.5)Nb2O6 ceramics could be prepared at 950 ℃ by doping with 2 % B2O3, which exhibited excellent microwave dielectric properties ore, = 20.7, Qxf= 60156 GHz.
