摘　　要：中国国家自然科学基金(NSFC)是我国基础研究重要的科研资源,NSFC立项审批及其经费管理一直是令人关注的问题。文章应用网络科学方法,构建多类国家自然科学基金网络,探讨其拓扑特性和特点。在分析项目评审及经费资源管理中存在问题的基础上,提出今后项目评审和经费管理方面的若干建议。National Natural Science Fundation of search resources. Review of project application and question, for further research, some kinds of NSFC science method. Based on above analysis both theory about the reform both in project review system and China （NSFC） is one of the most sufficient scientific re- management of bugage of NSFC have been a burning netwotks are constructed and investigated using network and real data, thinking on some problems and proposals bugage management are presented in this paper.
