补肾调经胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定补肾调经胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃。结果芍药苷在0.1024～1.5360μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9998),该制剂中芍药苷的加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.33%(n=5)。结论本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于补肾调经胶囊中芍药苷含量的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Bushentiaojing Capsules. METHODS The HPLC method was carried on C18 column using Acetonitrile--0.1% Phosphoric acid （15 ： 85） as the mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 230nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the temperature of column was 35℃. RESULTS In the HPLC method,the calibration curve for paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0. 1024-1. 5360μg（ r=0. 9998） ,the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD was 0. 33% （ n = 5）. CONCLUSION The method was convenient,precise and reliable for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Bushentiaojing Capsules.
