摘 要:目的评价2型糖尿病患者量化管理后的效果。方法选择自愿参加管理的39名2型糖尿病患者,应用知己能量监测仪和知己健康管理软件对患者运动与饮食进行量化管理。比较管理前后各项检测指标的变化。结果管理后收缩压、舒张压、BMI、腰围、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白[(118.21±11.55)mmHg、(75.90±6.87)mm Hg、(25.64±2.69)kg/m^2、(89.82±8.59)Cm、(6.18±1.29)mmol/L、(8.11±1.77)mmol/L、(6.47±1.07)%、(4.74±0.85)mmol/L、(1.67±0.84)mmol/L、(2.92±0.77)mmol/L]比管理前[(128.21±16.04)mm Hg、(80.28±11.66)mm Hg、(26.33±2.69)kg/m^2、(92.79±8.00)cm、(8.01±2.56)mmol/L、(10.94±3.50)mmol/L、(7.15±1.19)%、(5.22±0.83)mmol/L、(2.28±1.87)mmol/L、(3.14±0.75)mmol/L]下降(P<0.05)。总运动量及有效运动量比管理前提高,差别有统计学意义(t=2.347,P<0.05)。管理后碳水化合物的摄入量比管理前比例增加(x^2=5.193,P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行综合量化行为管理可有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、血压、BMI。Objective To appraise the result of quantitative management for the patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods We enrolled 39 volunteers with type 2 diabetes to take comparative study on their physical and blood indexes changes after quantitative management for their physical exercise and diet with energy monitor and management software. Results After quantitative management intervention, the levels of their systolic blood pressure (118.21±11.55 mm Hg), diastolic blood pressure (75.90±6.87 mm Hg), body mass index (25.64±2.69 kg/m^2), waist circumference (89.82±8.59 cm), FBG (6.18±1.29 mmol/L), PBG (8.11± 1.77 mmol/L), glycosylated hemoglobin (6.47±1.07 %), total cholesterol (4.74+0.85 mmol/L), triglycerides (1.67±0.84 mmol/L), low density lipoprotein-C (2.92±0.77 mmol/L) significantly decreased than those before intervention [(128.21 ±16.04) mm Hg, (80.28±11.66) mm Hg, (26.33±2.69) kg/m^2, (92.79±8.00) cm, (8.01 _+2.56) mmol/L, (10.94±3.50) mmol/L, (7.15±1.19)%, (5.22± 0.83) mmol/L, (2.28±1.87) mmol/L, (3.14±0.75) mmol/L] (P〈0.05). The general and effective exercise amount were enhanced after management (t=2.374, P〈0.05); moreover, the intake of carbohydrate increased after management (X^2=5.193, P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of comprehensive quantitative behavior management might be a useful measure to control the blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure and BMI of the patients with type 2 diabetes.
