摘  要:通过自蔓延技术合成MoSi2粉体,并添加CeO2、ZrO2粉末制备了不同体积分数的CeO2-ZrO2-MoSi2复合材料,采用扫描电镜观察了复合材料的微观形貌.实验研究表明:复合材料在高温烧结后的致密度较高,其力学性能较好,其中以MSZC3的效果最好,其致密度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为96%、268.8MPa和6.28MPa·m1/2.ZrO2颗粒同时实现了室温相变韧化和弥散强化的双重作用,显著提高了复合材料的韧性与强度.图2,表3,参10.The different volume fraction of CeO2-ZrO2-MoSi2 composites were prepared by using CeO2, ZrO2 powder and MoSi2 powder, which were synthesized from Mo, Si powders by SeLf - propagating high temperature synthesis. And the surface of composites were analyzed by SEM. The results showed that the composites have a good density and mechanical properties after sintered at high temperatures, the density,flexural strength and fracture toughness of sample MSZC3 were 96%,268.8 MPa and 6.28 MPa·m1/2, respectively. ZrO2 particles have improved the toughness and strength of composite by both the room temperature phase transformation toughening and the dispersed strengthening. 2figs., 3tabs., 10refs.
