摘 要:介绍了柴油机的数字化设计开发过程,柴油机数字化设计研究选用Pro/E-Intralink软件为平台,采用自顶向下和模块化的设计方法,实现所有重要设计参数全部数据化,完成发动机设计任务的模块分解。任务模块分解后,设计人员同步进行工程设计。在设计过程中,各模块间可以进行实时的干涉和公差分析,检查各模块设计的可行性。完成模块设计后,进行组合生成整机模型,实现了柴油机工程设计的数字化,缩短了柴油机整机设计开发周期,提高了设计质量。The development of diesel digital prototype was introduced. Based on the Pro/E-Intralink software, all important design parameters were acquired with the design method of top-down and module and finally the engine design task was decomposed. Afterward, the design of engineering was carried out. During the course of design, the interference and tolerance of module were analyzed in real time, which assured the feasibility of module design. In the end, all the designed modules were combined, the model of engine was established, and the digital design of diesel engine was realized. The digital design of diesel engine shortened the period of development and improved the quality of design.
