摘 要:通过对棉花果枝韧皮部引入14C蔗糖溶液(5%),木质部引入3H水的双标记技术作研究表明,同化物在韧皮部中以液流形式运输,液流中的水主要来源于木质部;同化物分子和水分子在韧皮部的运输存在多速率现象,速率的取值范围为0~Vmax.把速率范围均匀等分成若干个速率区间,测量并计算各速率区间对应运输的同化物或水分的相对百分比Pi,得液流中同化物分子和水分子运输的速率分布谱,表明了二者的相关协同关系,并说明了韧皮部同化物和水存在一定程度的相对运动.With the double tracers, the situation of 14 C photosyathate and 3H water transportation in phloem of the cotton stem in different treatments was studied in this experiment. The photosynthate transports in phloem by liquid form and the water of the liquid mainly comes from the xylem. The result shows that the photosynthate and the water from xylem transports in phloem are closely interrelated. The method for measuring the velocity distribution profile is established when the photosynthate transports along the phloem of cotton stem from source to pool in different treatments. The transportation velocity of photosynthate distributes from 0 to the maximum velocity, which is similar to that water transports.
