武汉城市旅游圈区域旅游协作机制探讨

摘　　要：依托区域经济圈建立的机遇和优势,建立区域旅游圈是许多地区旅游发展的共识。武汉城市旅游圈是在武汉"1+8"城市圈基础上提出来的,其范围跟武汉"1+8"城市圈一致。文章结合武汉城市旅游圈的基本特征,分别从政府和企业两方面提出建立武汉城市旅游圈旅游协作机制,政府要在政策、规划、利益、形象和融资方面发挥主导地位,同时企业也要从资源、产品、市场、信息和人力资源方面加强协作和共享,以期对武汉城市旅游圈的发展提供一些有意的建议。Relying on the opportunities and advantages of the establishment of the regional economic circuit,the establishment of regional tourism circuit is a consensus that the development of tourism in many areas.The assumption of tourism circuit of Wuhan metropolis is based on the Wuhan metropolis circuit,its scope is in line with the Wuhan metropolis circuit.This paper analyzed the basic characteristics of tourism circuit of Wuhan metropolis and discussed the establishment of regional tourism cooperation mechanism from the government and enterprises aspects.Government should play a leading role in policy,planning,benefits,image and financing,and Enterprises strengthen collaboration and sharing in resources,products,markets,information and human resources,which may provide some advice for the development of Wuhan city tourism circle.
