摘　　要：文章在系统阐述我国产品质量监管制度现状的基础上,通过回顾我国产品质量监管制度的演变过程与借鉴国外模式的成功经验,比较分析得出我国产品质量监管的问题及解决问题的基本思路,并对今后我国产品质量监管发展趋势做出预测。By systematically describing the status of China＇s product quality supervision and management, this paper reviewed the evolution of the supervisory system and used success experience of foreign products quality supervision mode for reference,and then pointed out the major problem of China＇s product quality supervision while giving the main ideas on how to solve them, finally made projections of development trends in the next stage.
