摘  要:目前我国产品安全监管主要停留在主动监管模式上,并不能有效应对市场上频发的质量安全事件。汽车召回制度作为一种反应式监管方式,在我国实施5年来发挥了其应有的积极作用,为在更大范围内推进缺陷产品召回管理制度积累了宝贵经验。但同时在其具体实施中也暴露出种种问题,需逐步加以解决。The safety regulation procedure is limited to the old model of proactive monitoring now. Events or accidents due to defective products happened frequently cannot be reflected immediately and effectively. As a reactive regulation, automobile recall system has been playing an active role during the past five years since adopted in China, and has been helpful in accumulating experience on expanding defective product recall management system to a broader range. However, there are still various type of problems found and needed to be solved during the process of implementing the system.
