抗菌药物临床应用的综合干预管理

摘　　要：目的:促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法:依《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,建立医院抗菌药物使用管理网络监测平台,组织专家组,综合制定各科干预抗菌药物使用措施,并从住院总病历中,随机抽取干预前407例和干预后557例进行对照研究。结果:干预前、后抗菌药物使用率、病原菌送检率等比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论:合理的综合干预措施可降低抗菌药物使用率,提高临床合理应用抗菌药物水平。OBJECTIVE： To promote rational clinical use of antimicrobials. METHODS： According to Guiding Principles＇ for Clinical Application ofAntimicrobials, network monitoring platform was established for management of antimicrobials use in hospital. Experts were organized to make intervention measures about use of antimicrobials in departments. 407 cases before intervention and 557 cases after intervention were randomly collected from the hospitalized records for control study. RESULTS： Statistical significance was noted in utilization of antimicrobials and detection rate of pathogenic bacteria before and after intervention. CONCLUSION： The reasonable comprehensive intervention measures can reduce utilization rate of antimicrobials and improve clinical application of antimicrobials.
