从地震灾害后我院受赠药品使用情况分析探讨捐赠药品管理

摘　　要：目的:探讨捐赠药品管理的相关问题,以期为应对类似事件提供参考。方法:对我院受赠药品的使用情况进行分析和总结。结果:我院接受的捐赠药品与对灾区患者救治过程中的药品需求一致性不高。结论:国家应提供针对突发事件的捐赠药品管理的政策支持,如建立捐赠药品评价体系、给出药品捐赠指南和出台突发事件药品应急管理规范;医疗机构捐赠药品管理应同时综合国家财务政策要求,院内接受、使用捐赠药品应多方协调,保障捐赠药品结构的合理性。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the problems related to the management of the donated drugs so as to provide references for coping with the similar events. METHODS： The utilization of donated drugs in our hospital was analyzed and summarized. RESULTS： The donated drugs accepted by our hospital had low consistency with drugs demanded in the treatment of patients in disaster area. CONCLUSION ： It＇ s necessary for our country to offer policy support for the management of the donated drugs aimed at the emergent events such as by establishing the evaluation system for the donated drugs and issuing drug donation guide and the emergency drug management norm; the management of the donated drugs in hospital should take full consideration of the financial policy of country; meanwhile, all the concerned departments in hospital should be coordinated well in accepting and using of the donated drugs to ensure the rationality of structure of the donated drugs.
