摘 要:目的:测定并比较不同产地丹参中指标性成分和浸出物的含量,为丹参药材的质量控制提供理论依据。方法:用HPLC测定了10批不同产地、不同加工方法的丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量,并采用水溶性浸出物测定法(冷浸法)和醇溶性浸出物测定法(热浸法)测定了其浸出物含量。结果:指标性成分丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量、水溶性浸出物含量均高于《中国药典》规定的标准,醇溶性浸出物的含量大多低于《中国药典》规定的标准。结论:不同产地丹参的指标性成分含量和浸出物含量存在差异,且不同加工方法对指标成分含量有较大影响。Objective: To determine and compare the contents of marker compounds,extracts of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae from different produce area, and to provide useful references for controlling the quality of the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods : The determination methods of tanshinone Ⅱ A, salvianolic acid B and extracts were adopted according to the appendix of pharmacopoecia of PRC (2005) ,and the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B in 10 samples of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae collected from different cultivated farms were analysed by HPLC. Results : All of the contents of tanshinoneⅡ A, salvianolic acid B and water - soluble of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae extract from different produce area were higher and most of the contents of ethanol soluble extract were lower than those records in pharmaeopoeoia of PRC ( 2005 ). Conclusion : The contents of marker compounds and extracts of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from different produce area are different. Some samples do not come up to national standard. Taking the contents of marker compounds and extracts as criteria,the quality of the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from different produce area is different.
