摘　　要：生物色谱是采用各种具有生物活性的材料(例如酶、细胞膜、仿生物膜、活细胞、细胞壁等)作固定相的一种新兴色谱技术。分子生物色谱技术是目前唯一的具有中药活性成分筛选、分离和结构鉴定一体化分析的新技术,其在中药研究方面已有较广泛的应用。Biochromatography is a new chromatographic method,it use biological activity material as the stationary phase（for instances enzymes,membrane,artificial biomembrane,activity cell,cell wall and so on） .Up to now,biomembrane chromatography is a unique new method combination of screening active components from traditional Chinese medicine,isolation and structure elucidation.It has been universality applicated in the pharmaceutical research of traditional Chinese medicine.
