痰瘀同治颗粒对冠心病血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过治疗前后对血脂变化情况的检测,探讨痰瘀同治颗粒防治冠心病的可能作用机制。方法:入选符合冠心病痰瘀互结证患者64例,包括对照组33例和治疗组31例。对照组采用常规治疗(如阿司匹林、他汀类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂、硝酸酯类、血运重建等),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用痰瘀同治颗粒,疗程为3个月。治疗前后测定血脂四项。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:痰瘀同治颗粒能降低冠心病(痰瘀互结证)患者胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平。Objective： To explore the potential mechanism on curing coronary heart disease with removing both phlegm and blood stasis granule by detecting the levels of plasma TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C before and after treatment. Methods ： 64 patients with CHD were divided into two groups, the control group （ n = 33 ） and the treatment group （ n = 31 ）, with and without granule of removing both phlegm and blood stasis treatment addition to conventional therapy （ such as aspirin, statins, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, β -adrenergic receptor blockers, calcium channel antagonists, nitrates and so on） for 3 months. The levels of TC, TG, LDL- C and HDL- C were determined by full automatic biochemical analysor. Results： At the end of 3 months, the serum levels of TC, TG, LDL - C decreased significant （P 〈 0.01 ） and the HDL - C level increased （P 〈 0.05） in both groups than that of the baseline. Moreover, compare with the control group, removing both phlegm and blood stasis granule could reduce the levels of TC and LDL - C further （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： In our study we discovered that the removing both phlegm and blood stasis granule could decrease the serum levels of TC and LDL - C.
