摘  要:左归丸出自《景岳全书》,是公认的抗衰老古方,本研究旨在通过观察左归丸对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老大鼠ATP酶及细胞凋亡相关因子Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3表达的影响,从实验的角度探讨抗衰老古方左归丸的延缓衰老作用机制。结果显示D-gal可以造成大鼠肝、脑组织中ATP酶活力降低、脑海马区的Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3表达升高,给予左归丸后,大鼠Na+-K+-ATPase和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活力表现出不同程度的升高,Bcl-2的表达上调而Bax和Caspase-3表达下调,提示左归丸的抗衰老作用可能与其提高ATP酶活力以维持细胞膜的稳定性和抑制细胞凋亡作用有关。To observe the effect of Zuogui Pill on ATPase and expressions of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 which are agents related with apoptosis in subacute aging rats induced by D-galactose (D-gal), to use Liuweidihuang Pill as control and to approach the function's mechanisms preliminarily of Zuogui Pill as an archaic anti-aging formula. D-gal can result in the cutting down of ATPase in the liver and brain of rats and the stepping up of the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 in the hippocamp zone of rats'brain. After the intervention of Zuogui Pill, the activity of Na+ - K+ - ATPase and Ca2 + - Mg2+ - ATPase and the expression of Bcl-2 rise in different degree and the expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 descend. The anti-aglng function of Zuogui Pill may be concerned with that this formula can raise the activity of ATPase to retain the stability of cell envelope and restrain apoptosis.
