腓骨肌皮瓣供区发生小腿筋膜间室综合征组织缺损的修复

摘　　要：目的:介绍腓骨肌皮瓣制备术后,小腿供区发生筋膜间室综合征致组织缺损的一种有效修复方法。方法:对2例腓骨肌皮瓣行下颌骨缺损重建时,供区发生小腿筋膜间室综合征造成的软组织缺损,采用股前外侧肌皮瓣进行修复。结果:2例手术都获得成功,小腿外形满意,运动功能基本恢复,保留了足、踝关节功能,未行截肢。结论:股前外侧肌皮瓣血管恒定,制备方便,可以提供较大修复组织,对腓骨肌皮瓣供区的组织缺损是一种理想的修复方法。Objective： To introduce an available restorative procedure for repairing the donor site tissue defect, which was due to osteofacial compartment syndrome after the preparation of fibular osteomyocutaneous flap in leg. Methods： When mandibular defects were reconstructed with fibular osteomyocutaneous naps in two case, the donor sites of legs occurred soft tissue defect by osteofascial compartment syndrome. The anterolateral femoral myocutaneous flaps were applied to re cover the soft tissue defects. Results： The operations successfully restored the profile and movement function of the legs. The ankle joints were retained and the amputated extremities were avoided. Conclusion： Anterolateral femoral myocutaneous flap is an available restorative method for tissue defect in leg on account of its comparatively large tissue.
