摘　　要：文章对河北坝上地区生态退化的现状和原因进行了分析,提出了生态建设的指导思想和对策措施。The current situation and causes of the ecological degeneration in Bashang area of Hebei Province are analyzed. The idea of guidance and countermeasures of ecological construction in Bashang area are put forward in the paper.
