摘　　要：成本效益评价是绿色建筑评价的重要内容之一。通过分析绿色建筑全生命周期各项成本和效益的内容和特点,建立绿色建筑成本效益评价指标体系,提出增量成本效益的界定原则和计算方法,以及环境和社会效益的定量方法,探讨了为改善绿色建筑成本效益状况而需注意的问题。Cost-benefit assessment is one of the important contents in the green building assessment.Based on the analysis of the cost and benefit items generated in the whole life cycle of green buildings,the indicator system of cost-benefit assessment for green buildings is presented.The definition and calculation method of incremental cost and benefit,quantitative method of environmental and social benefits are suggested.Finally,several issues which should be noticed to improve the cost-benefit assessment result of green buildings are discussed.
