摘　　要：对清单计价推行前的期望和推行七年来的实际效果进行了比较和初步评价;对现行计价模式存在的缺陷以及对建设行业的影响进行了深入分析。分析表明,计价模式并非只是单纯计价的工具,它对建筑业和建材业的发展有明显的导向作用,对建设行业中各活动主体的行为动向有明显的抑扬作用。抓好计价模式的改革,对建设行业的健康发展有着积极的作用。This paper talks about the evolution of pricing model,making a preliminary evaluation and comparison of the expectations before the implementation and the actual effectiveness of the implementation of list pricing.It makes an in-depth analysis of the shortcomings of existing pricing model as well as the impact on the construction industry.It concludes that pricing model is not only a tool for pricing,but also has a clear orientation effect on the development of construction and building materials industry,and it has a modulation function in the orientation of various activities.The reform of pricing model plays a vital role in the healthy development of construction industry.
