摘　　要：目的为医院的病案服务和医院的医疗质量管理提供参考。方法对医院病案服务的地位、存在的问题运用科学发展观的理论进行分析。结果病案管理与病案服务中存在急需协调和解决的问题。结论医院需要更新发展理念,提高病案服务的地位,加强病案服务的管理。Objective To provide a reference for medical records service and management of medical quality of the hospital. Methods The position and problems in the medical records service were analyzed, by the theory of scientific concept of development. Results In the medical records manage- ment and medical records service, some problems needed to be coordinated and resolved urgently. Conclusion The hospital needs to renew the development idea, enhance the status of medical records service, and strengthen the management of it.
