医院病案与统计管理达标考核项目指标的建立

摘　　要：为了加强和规范病案与统计质量管理,医院把病案与统计管理纳入达标考核项目。本文介绍了考核项目及内容、考核方法及考核结果、分析及体会。通过考核增强了医护人员的质量意识,完善了病案与统计质量管理,提高了病案与统计质量。In order to strengthen and standardize the management of medical records and the quality of statistic, our hospital brought the management of medical records and statistic into the testing system of target reaching. This paper introduced the contents and items, the modus and consequences of the testing, along with the analysis and experience. Via the testing, health care workers＇ awareness of quality is increased, besides, the management and quality of medical records and statistic is improved.
