摘  要:目的:了解我院抗微生物药不良反应的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2004~2008年的抗微生物药物不良反应报告。结果:659例药品不良反应(ADR)报告中,以头孢菌素类药发生例数最多(35.51%),其次为喹诺酮类(25.34%)和青霉素类(19.73%);ADR的给药途径主要是静脉给药(88.01%);涉及的系统器官主要为皮肤及附件(53.87%)。结论:抗微生物药不良反应的发生与药物类型、给药途径、用药频率等密切相关,应提高医护人员对ADR的警惕性和不良反应监测水平,加强对抗微生物药物不良反应的监测,预防和及时报告ADR,以保证用药安全性和合理性。Objective: To study the occurrence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by anti-microbacteria drugs in order to improve the rational drug use level in the clinic. Method: A total of 659 cases of ADRs caused by antimicrobacteria drugs in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were classified and statistically analyzed. Result: Of the 659 cases, leading the list were cephalosporins (35.51%), followed by quinolones (25.34%) and penicillins ( 19.73% ) ; intravenous infusion (88.01%) was the main route of administration; and the main types of adverse drug reactions (ADR) were lesions of skin and accessories (53.87%). Conclusion: The ADRs was closely associated with the kinds of drugs, route of administration, frequency of administration, and so on. Therefore, for the sake of the rational drug use of anti-microbacteria drugs in the clinic, health care providers should maintain high vigilance to ADRs, improve the monitoring level of ADRs, attach great importance to ADR monitoring of anti-microbacteria drugs, prevent the occurrence of ADRs, and report ADRs in time when they occur.
