摘　　要：本系统根据电力直流保护系统的监控特点，设计了基于IPC、在WINDOWS环境下、具有远程通信功能的智能监控系统和动态人权界面，该系统监控内容丰富、显示功能强大，便于操作，并具有多媒体功能。该系统还具有开放式的结构，可与符合电力系统通信规约的控制设备进行数据通信。A reliable intelligent control system with real-time state monitoring, trouble shooting and system management is necessary for DC protection's control system. In this paper, an intelligent control system with above characters is presented, which also has the advantages of easy handling,multimedia function and total monitoring. This system is running in the IPC Windows enviroment.
