摘　　要：目的讨论在儿童双生子个体间是否存在不通过5种感觉通道(视、听、触、嗅、味)的交流现象,并探索其遗传和环境的影响。方法募集6～16岁共同生活的儿童双生子,采集颊黏膜标本以提取DNA进行卵型鉴定,用纸牌试验方式,比较双生子猜牌正确率和数学期望值的大小,按卵型鉴定结果将双生子组分为同卵双生组和异卵双生组,比较猜牌正确率。结果双生子组的猜牌正确率大于数学期望值(P<0.05),同卵双生子猜牌正确率大于异卵双生子,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童双生子个体间可能有不通过5种感觉通道的交流现象存在,共同的遗传基础和生活环境可能是该交流现象产生的一个重要原因,尚不能确定遗传和环境对该现象的影响存在轻重之分。Objective To investigate whether there exists communication phenomenon between twin children besides our conventional senses such as look, listen, touch, smell and taste, and explore the influence of genetic and environmental factors on this phenomenon by card-guessing tests on twins. Methods Totally 37 pairs of twin children aged from 6 to 16, still living together were recruited in this study. Buccal mucosa samples were collected from all twins for DNA extraction and zygosity identification test. Twins were divided into monozygotic （MZ） twin group and dizygotic （DZ） twin group according to their zygotic identity. Card-guessing tests were performed to compare the number of correct hits in twins between the MZ and DZ. The number of correct hits in guessing the cards in twins was compared with those expected by chance. Results The number of correct hits in twins was greater than those expected by chance, and the number of correct hits in MZ twins was greater than those in DZ twins, but there was no significant difference . Conclusion There may exist the communication phenomenon not through conventional senses. The presence of this phenomenon may be contributed to similar genetic basis and living in the same environment, and the two of which have no difference.
