摘　　要：本文提出了一种共享存储器的多处理机系统，讨论了它的存储器的逻辑结构及工作原理，给出了系统共享资源仲裁器方案及其数据优先级的实现算法和数学模型。This paper presents a multiprocessor structure with shared memory,discuss its operation principle and the logical structure of main memory,and then arbiter scheme and its mathematic model,algorithm of data priority is shown about this system.
