摘　　要：从经济价值和社会价值的角度,审视城市中心商业区景观广场的利益。通过数据分析,相关理论研究等方法对城市中心商业区景观广场的利益进行剖析,提出了平衡广场利益的改善建议,使广场利益最大化,在推动城市文化与经济齐头发展中发挥应有的作用。This study analyzes the interests of downtown commercial plaza landscape from the standpoint of economic value and social value.Related theories has been tested and data has been analyzed.Recommendation from this study is provide to balance the interests of the plaza landscape.
