摘　　要：以５７×１．５管为代表探讨了船用ＢＦｅ１０－１－１凸缘管件的成形方法及工艺状况，给出了合理可行的工艺参数。将研制产品与同规格德国产品进行了对比检测。检测结果表明。With the fabrication of φ57mm×1.5mm flanged fitting as an example, the processing technology of BFe1011 marine flanged fitting is developed. The feasible technological parameters are offered. Comparison between the BFe1011 fitting and that made in Germany reveals that the former is satisfied with the requirements of relative Germany standard.
