脂溶性去痴灵药效物质基础的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对脂溶性去痴灵入血、入脑化学成分的研究,从体内化学成分的角度准确地确定药效物质基础。方法:采用中药血清药物化学的方法,利用GC-MS技术分析进入血液以及进入脑组织的去痴灵化学成分。结果:初步确定进入血液的脂溶性去痴灵成分为11个;进入脑组织中的脂溶性去痴灵成分为6个。结论:进入血液的脂溶性去痴灵成分分别是β-细辛醚、五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子酯甲、五味子酯乙、五味子酯丙、δ-杜松烯、δ-杜松醇、菖蒲二醇;进入脑组织中的脂溶性去痴灵成分分别是β-细辛醚、五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、菖蒲二醇。Objective： To study the liposoluble ingredients of Quehiling （LQ）, which enter the blood and the brain, and to confirm the active ingredients of LQ in vivo. Method ： Serum pharmaeoehemistry and gas chromatography mass spectroscopy were used to analyze ingredients of LQ entering the blood and the brain. Result： There were eleven ingredients of LQ to enter the blood and six ingredients of LQ to enter the brain. Conclusion ： It is confirmed that eleven ingredients of LQ entered the blood, which are β-asarone, schisandrol A, schisandrol B, deoxyschisandrin, schisandrin B, sehisantherrin A, schisantherrin B, sehisantherrin C, δ-cadinene, δ- cadinol and calamendiol in the blood, and that six ingredients are β-asarone, schisandrol A, schisandrol B, deoxyschisandrin, schisandrin B and calamendiol in the brain.
