摘 要:用激光二极管(简称LD)作为抽运光源,Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4晶体作为激光工作物质,KTP晶体作为倍频晶体,获得了532nm的单频绿光输出。两者的功率分别为2—3mW和5—6mW。将绿光单次通过碘吸收室时,经过控制和调谐激光频率,已检测到碘的多普勒加宽吸收谱线,谱线宽度约为800MHz。在激光器的压电陶瓷(PZT)上,加上交流调制信号和直流扫描电压,通过信号检测、相敏检波、积分和高压放大等伺服回路,实现了在多普勒曲线中心处的频率稳定。Abstract Using laser diode(LD) as pumping source,Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO 4 crystal as laser working media,and KTP as double frequency crystal,we have achieved two 532nm single frequency green light outputs,of which the powers are 2~3mW and 5~6mW,respectively.When the green light passed the iodine absorbing cavity,the Doppler widened absorbing spectrum of iodine has been detected by means of control and harmonization of laser frequency.The line width is about 800MHz.The frequency stabilization at the center of Doppler curve has been realized after signal detecting,phase sensitive detecting,integrating and high voltage amplifying circuits with an AC modulated signal and a DC scanning voltage applied to the PZT of laser.
