摘  要:目前国内轿车隔热板衬铝箔多采用手工切割和折叠,不符合欧盟的工业卫生标准。为了实现该汽车配件的国产化,根据某汽车配件厂的要求开发出了一套自动化程度较高的铝箔自动滚切机系统。这套系统是为PASSAT轿车纵梁隔热板衬铝箔的切割加工而设计的。该设备自投入生产以来,因操作简单和自动化生产,大大提供了生产效率。由于加工的零件符合欧盟的工业卫生标准,实现了该汽车配件的国产化。文中重点介绍该系统的机械系统设计。At present, aluminium foil lining on domestic car-earling insulation plate usually is cut and folded manually, which does not meet the requirement of EU's industrial health standard. In order to make the car part can be produced in China, this paper designed and developed a set of system for automatically-cutting aluminium foil according to the requirement of a vehicle accessories factory. The system is designed for cutting the aluminium foil lining on PASSAT car-carling insulation plate. Since the equipment was used for produetion, the production efficiency has been improved greatly because of its simple operation and automatic production. Due to the parts to be produced by the equipment meet the EU's industrial health standard, the parts have been authorized to be produced in China. The paper is mainly on the mechanical design of the system.
