摘　　要：Openh.323是一种能够完全符合H.323协议的开放源码的协议栈,可以和任何符合该协议的系统进行视频通讯。本文提出了一种基于Openh323底层PWLIb库支持的网络视频监控系统,介绍了网络视频监控系统的组成及组网结构,多个MCU之间的级联可以看作是满足H323协议的点对点通信,因此不直接相连的MCU可以通过某个或者某几个MCU完成视频的通讯,描述了如何将视频监控终端所采集的视频图象信息通过由多个MCU所组成的视频监控网络最终到达监控中心。在此基础上给出了一个基于Openh.323实现网络视频监控系统的方案。Openh.323 is an agreement to fully comply with the open-source H.323 protocol stack which may be in line with the agreement, and communicate with any other video system agreeing with H.323.
