《时间管理手册》在泌尿外科护士长管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨《时间管理手册》在泌尿外科护士长管理工作中的应用。方法根据目标制订的SMART原则、ABCD时间管理法原则,制订了《时间管理手册》,在管理工作中使用并比较工作日平均耗时情况。结果培养了使用者的目标思维方法 ,养成"有计划-有执行-有反馈-有改进"的工作思路。缩短了工作日耗时,提高了工作效率。结论《时间管理手册》可以增强泌尿外科护士长的时间观念,提高工作效率。Obejective To explore the effects of ＂ time management manual＂ applied by head nurses of urology departments. Methods The ＂Time management manual＂ was developed according to SMARTtarget -set prineiples and ABCD time -inanagement principles,and was applied 1o head nurses＇work. The average dialy work time was collected. Results The way of objective thinking and the method of ＂ plan - implementation - feedback - improvement＂ work were developed among the users. The average dialy work time was shortened and the work effieieney, was improved. Conclusion ＂ Time management manual＂ can enhance the concept of time and improve the work effieiency of head nurses in urology department.
